empty gunpowder can , had note with rubber band holding it on , reads : This is a powder can that belonged to my grandfather Jacob Myers born in 1818 .it was to keep black powder in to use in patch ball riflesmy father gave it to me orvile . ( I think it says Orvile ) Pictures show condition , neck is bent but the cap still unscrews .
